There's No Place Like Home

Remember the line from the Wizard of Oz, There's No Place Like Home, what does it remind you of? 

A close friend that is far away?  Someone heading off to college, that you want to remember the way home?  

The idea of a wish bracelet is to make a wish, tie it around your wrist and when it falls off you wish will come true!  Give a wish to that special someone that is far from home to remind them it is never that far away.  Just a text or a call.
